CWR Warriors 2026: Pro Builder Division Official Rules ($1000 To WIN)

Location: Jumbo Evans Sports Complex

1. Mission Statement

The Pro Builder Division at the CWR Warriors 2026 Veteran’s Day Celebration and Car Show is designed to recognize professional-level automotive craftsmanship. This category celebrates the "Built, Not Bought" philosophy at the highest tier of engineering, fabrication, and design.

2. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

Professional Status: Entrants must be registered automotive businesses, custom shops, or builders who generate revenue through vehicle customization. A valid EIN or business license may be requested upon registration.
The "70% Rule": The entering shop must have performed at least 70% of the custom fabrication, assembly, and mechanical work in-house.
Completion Status: Only fully completed, running, and driving vehicles are eligible. "Under construction" vehicles will not be considered for the $1,000 purse.
Build Documentation: Builders are encouraged to provide a "Build Book" or digital portfolio showing the fabrication process for judges to review.

3. Competition Regulations

Operational Requirement: The vehicle must be able to start, idle, and move under its own power. Judges may request a functional demonstration.
Accessibility: During the judging window (10:30 AM – 1:30 PM), the vehicle must have the hood and trunk open, and at least one door accessible for interior inspection.
Presence: The Lead Builder (or a primary technician) must be present at the vehicle during judging to answer technical questions regarding the engineering and fabrication.
Limited to 3 vehicles per builder

4. Judging & Scoring

Judging will be conducted on a 100-point scale by a select panel of technical experts.

Innovation	15 pts	Bespoke/one-off parts and creative engineering solutions. [cite: 3]
Interior & Stance	10 pts	Upholstery, dash integration, and overall vehicle cohesion. [cite: 3]

5. Winner Prizes & Recognition

The Pro Builder Division features awards for the top three finishers:

1st Place (Grand Prize)

Cash Prize: $1,000
Title: "CWR Master Builder"
Awards: Official Trophy
Shop Branding: Custom banner for shop display.
Featured Exposure: One-year featured profile on both the ETC website and the CWR Warriors website.
Future Benefit: One free vendor's booth for the 2027 CWR Warriors Car Show.

2nd Place

Awards: Official Trophy.
Shop Branding: Custom banner for shop display.
Featured Exposure: One-year featured profile on both the ETC website and the CWR Warriors website.

3rd Place

Awards: Official Trophy.
Shop Branding: Custom banner for shop display.
Featured Exposure: One-year featured profile on both the ETC website and the CWR Warriors website.

6. Event Schedule

07:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Pro-Class Staging and Roll-in.
10:30 AM – 01:30 PM: Official Judging Window (Builder must be present).
02:30 PM: Finalist Review.
03:30 PM: Awards Ceremony and Prize Presentation.

7. Disqualifications (The "Red Flags")

Safety: Unsecured fuel lines, active leaks, or hazardous wiring will result in immediate disqualification.
Classification: Vehicles consisting of 100% "off-the-shelf" bolt-on parts with no custom fabrication will be moved to the Street Class unless the vehicle is a frame-off restoration numbers matching vehicle.
Conduct: Unprofessional conduct or failure to comply with event staff will result in forfeiture of the entry fee and prize eligibility.
